Manchester City have confirmed that John Stones will leave the club at the end of the season. The 31-year-old England international departs after a decade at the Etihad Stadium and will become a free agent. He joins a list of high-profile players who will be available without a transfer fee, including Manchester United's Casemiro, Brighton's Adam Webster, and Fulham's Raul Jimenez.
Fulham's Harry Wilson has been extensively linked with Aston Villa, as has Bournemouth's Marcos Senesi, who is also set to move on in the summer. Villa have used the free agent market superbly in recent years, with Youri Tielemans serving as the poster boy for picking up quality without the need for a transfer fee.
