How the Raffle Works

Tickets are available for purchase online, with a maximum of 199,999 tickets sold. The winner will be drawn at random, and the draw date is set for 31 December 2023. Raffle House states that if the target number of tickets is not sold, the prize will be reduced to a cash alternative of 80% of the ticket sales revenue.

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Raffle House also offers a referral scheme where participants can earn free tickets by sharing the competition with friends.

Previous Winners and Impact

Raffle House has a track record of successful giveaways. In 2022, a winner from Manchester received a £3 million property in Cheshire. The company has also donated a portion of proceeds to charity, supporting organisations such as Mind and the British Heart Foundation.

According to Raffle House CEO, James Oakes: "We are thrilled to offer another incredible property. Our mission is to give people a realistic chance to own their dream home without the traditional barriers of the housing market."

Terms and Conditions

Participants should be aware of the terms: the draw will proceed only if at least 60% of tickets are sold. If not, the prize is reduced to a cash payout. Raffle House also notes that the property may be subject to stamp duty and legal fees, which the winner must cover.
