Bullring's Iconic Bull Statue Unveils Glamorous New Look
The Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham has witnessed a stunning transformation as its iconic bull statue receives a fabulous makeover. This coincides with the grand reopening of KIKO Milano's extensively refurbished store, marking a significant refresh for the popular retail destination.
KIKO Milano's Revamped Store Opens with Enhanced Features
After weeks of closure for a comprehensive overhaul, KIKO Milano reopened its doors on Thursday, March 26. The Italian beauty brand now occupies the same unit near the entrance leading to Sephora, Zara, Bershka, and Pull and Bear. The upgraded layout introduces a dedicated consultation area and new gondola displays showcasing a wide range of makeup, skincare, fragrance, and accessories.
Key highlights of the new store include:
- The front-and-centre display of the Love Fusion 24H Moisture Radiant Foundation, available in an impressive 49 shades.
- A special showcase for the limited edition Threads of Time collection, created in collaboration with fashion designer brand NUAIMI Dubai.
- An accessibility-focused design with items spread out for easy customer interaction, including space at the back for try-ons and shade matching.
To celebrate the launch, KIKO Milano prepared goodie bags for the first 100 customers. The brand is renowned for its affordable products, such as the fan-favourite £12.99 3D Hydra Lipgloss and £11.99 eyeshadow sticks.
Beauty Retail Expansion Across the Bullring
The beauty retail scene in the Bullring is experiencing a notable surge. New signage has been installed at Moida as it prepares for a major beauty launch. Meanwhile, at the other entrance next to Popmart, a Korean beauty retailer announced it will give away 100 goodie bags worth £170 each to customers who purchase £20 tickets for its launch event. The ticket price will be discounted from products bought on the day.
Additionally, on the upper floor near Moida, Dr Martens has opened a brand new shop in the former Diesel unit. This move has left its previous location empty beside Kate Spade, which closed in February.
The simultaneous makeover of the bull statue and the reopening of KIKO Milano highlight Birmingham's ongoing evolution as a vibrant shopping and beauty hub, attracting both local residents and visitors with enhanced retail experiences and exclusive product launches.
