Birmingham City Council is selling six shop units in Harborne, a suburb often described as one of the city's most desirable, at an upcoming auction. The properties, located off Harborne Park Road, Albert Walk and Albert Road, will be offered with guide prices ranging from £100,000 to £180,000.

The units will be sold in Bond Wolfe's livestreamed auction on Thursday, September 10, which starts at 8.30am with remote bidding available. The properties are part of 12 council-owned lots due to appear in the same auction.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, highlighted the commercial appeal of the location: "These shop units are on the same parade that is just off the busy Harborne High Street, which means they all enjoy good footfall."
Existing tenants and vacancy
Most of the properties already have tenants in place, including businesses such as Duccio clothing store, Fur Family Pets, The Walk Men's Hairdressers and Gabriels hot food takeaway. Only one unit at 23-25 Albert Road remains vacant, previously occupied by Alan James Upholstery.
