The premium dessert brand Haute Dolci has launched its first-ever Dolci Mono concept store, choosing Birmingham's Bullring shopping centre as its debut location. The new kiosk, which opened to the public in December 2025, introduces an exclusive and interactive way for customers to enjoy luxury sweets.

The Heart of the Experience: The Exclusive Dolci Bar

Central to the Dolci Mono format is the Dolci Bar, a feature unique to this kiosk design. Here, patrons can become the creators of their own indulgent treats. The process involves selecting from a range of premium ice cream flavours, dips, drizzles, and toppings to design a completely personalised handcrafted ice cream bar. Each creation is assembled with the signature theatrical flair that has become synonymous with the Haute Dolci brand.

A Menu Packed with Signature Favourites

Beyond the bespoke Dolci Bar, the new kiosk serves a full lineup of Haute Dolci's most popular items. The menu is designed to offer something for every sweet tooth and includes:

  • Signature waffle bites
  • Artisanal matcha drinks
  • Elaborate, show-stopping hot chocolates
  • French-style mono pâtisseries
  • Chocolate-dipped strawberries
  • Miniature versions of its viral Matilda and San Sebastian cakes

Nizam Mohamed, CEO at Haute Dolci, explained the strategic thinking behind the new format. He stated that Dolci Mono was developed with clear intent, reflecting contemporary dessert consumption habits and the direction of modern retail. Mohamed described the concept as being centred on "one refined base, crafted live, personalised in the moment, and elevated through theatre and design."

He emphasised that the format was built to be emotionally engaging for customers while remaining operationally lean and highly scalable. The opening at Bullring Birmingham is just the beginning, marking the first expression of a brand concept designed to perform in premium kiosks, retail environments, and destinations both across the UK and internationally.

The new Dolci Mono kiosk is situated inside the Bullring, at Unit K12, directly outside the Selfridges store. This prime location ensures it captures the attention of the thousands of shoppers who visit the centre daily, offering a moment of gourmet indulgence amidst their retail therapy.
