The Round of Beef, a beloved pub on Windmill Hill in Halesowen, will close its doors on Sunday, August 2, after 11 years of service. Owners Lisa Thompson and Dean Worton announced the closure on social media, thanking customers for their support and vowing to make the final five weeks unforgettable.

Final Weeks Celebration

In a Facebook post, the pub said: 'To all our customers old and new, the Round of Beef will be closing its doors Sunday 2nd August. We would like to say a big thank you to all your customers and support over the last 11 years. Let's make the next five weeks the best we can. There will be a big farewell party closing weekend.' The post added: 'It's been a privilege to be part of your community over the last decade. We have made friends for life, and big changes are ahead of us.'
