Tesco Adds Tim Tam to £3.85 Meal Deal

Tesco has shaken up its hugely popular meal deal by adding a new chocolate treat for shoppers to enjoy. The supermarket giant has introduced the Australian biscuit bar, Tim Tam, to its selection of snacks available as part of the lunchtime bundle.

A New Treat for Lunchtimes

Available right now, Clubcard members can get their hands on the new item for the meal deal price of just £3.85. The Tim Tam is described as being similar to a Penguin bar and consists of two layers of chocolate malted biscuit separated by a creamy chocolate filling.

Amber Dutkiewicz, the Tim Tam Market Development Manager for the UK and Ireland, commented on the addition. She stated, "Tim Tam has proven to be incredibly popular in the UK since our launch last year, and the demand to have Tim Tam in an on-the-go format has been strong." She added that the company is excited to offer the new travel-friendly, snack-sized two-biscuit pack in the iconic Tesco Meal Deal.

From Australian Staple to UK Sensation

While a household name in Australia since 1964, Tim Tam biscuits are a relatively new arrival on British shelves, having been introduced earlier in 2025. Talyah Falabella, Tim Tam International Marketing Manager, had previously revealed that the biscuit's launch was inspired by a viral April Fools' prank on social media. Consumer demand to make the product a reality was so high that the company had to act.

Don't Forget Your Clubcard Vouchers

This tasty update comes as Tesco issues an urgent reminder to its Clubcard members. The supermarket is urging customers to use any outstanding Clubcard Vouchers before they expire.

Shama Wilson, Tesco's Group Membership and Loyalty Director, advised, "We don’t want anyone to miss out on making the most of their Tesco Clubcard Vouchers, and with some great new offers with Clubcard Rewards, this really is a great time to use those vouchers up."

Vouchers must be exchanged before midnight on November 30, as a staggering £16.5 million-worth are set to become invalid at the end of the month. Customers can check their voucher expiry dates by logging into the Tesco Clubcard website or via the Tesco app.
