Tesco has issued an urgent warning to its Clubcard members, urging them to check their accounts as vouchers worth a staggering £16.5 million are set to expire imminently.

All affected Clubcard vouchers will become invalid after midnight on November 30. These vouchers, which remain valid for a period of two years, must be exchanged before this deadline passes.
The supermarket giant is encouraging its customers not to let their hard-earned rewards go to waste. Shama Wilson, Tesco's Group Membership and Loyalty Director, stated: “We don’t want anyone to miss out on making the most of their Tesco Clubcard Vouchers.”
How to Use Your Expiring Vouchers
Shoppers have several options for using their vouchers. They can be redeemed directly for a weekly grocery shop, to pay for fuel at Tesco filling stations, or towards a mobile plan with Tesco Mobile.
A particularly valuable option is the Clubcard Rewards scheme. Here, customers can exchange their vouchers for double their value with more than 100 reward partners. Furthermore, several new, enhanced offers are currently available.
These include the popular Tesco Tuesdays promotion with Cineworld, where a £2.50 voucher secures a £5 cinema ticket for Tuesday showings.
There is also a standout triple-value offer with PizzaExpress. This deal allows customers to turn £10 of Tesco Clubcard vouchers into a £30 discount on food at the restaurant.
The Staggering Scale of the Expiry
The £16.5 million figure is notably higher than usual for a quarterly expiry. To illustrate the potential value being offered, Tesco provided some compelling examples.
If all the expiring vouchers were used for the Cineworld deal, it would be enough for 6.6 million cinema tickets.
If redirected to the PizzaExpress offer, the vouchers could generate an incredible £49.5 million in reward codes for food.
With over 24 million UK households holding a Tesco Clubcard, the message is clear: check the Tesco app or your online account now to see if you have any unspent vouchers. Points are earned by scanning your Clubcard during shops, on fuel purchases, and when using Pod electric vehicle charging points at Tesco stores.
