A dog who spent over 600 days waiting for a permanent family has finally found her happy ending. Bella Boo, a five-year-old Labrador-Rottweiler crossbreed, was adopted from Dogs Trust Kenilworth after two Christmases in the charity's care.
Challenges in Finding the Right Match
Despite receiving considerable attention from potential adopters, Bella Boo faced specific rehoming requirements that made her journey longer. She needed an adult-only home with a confident owner who could provide a calm and patient environment. Bella's breakthrough came when Jack, who had previously adopted Koda the Malinois Cross—one of Bella's kennel mates—returned to the centre. Having fallen in love with both dogs, he decided to give Bella her forever home, ending her long wait.
