A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving following a collision in Bilston that left a vehicle with severe front-end damage. The incident occurred on Sunday night, May 10, when a car struck a barrier on Millfield Road.

A West Midlands Police spokesperson stated: “A man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving just after 10pm yesterday after a car hit a barrier in Millfield Road, Bilston. He was taken to hospital for further checks and has been released on police bail under investigation as enquiries continue.”
