West Midlands Ambulance Service was alerted to the scene shortly after 9pm, deploying a significant fleet to address the critical situation. A spokesperson detailed the extensive resources mobilized, stating, "We were called shortly after 9pm to reports of a stabbing on Perry Street in Darlaston. Four ambulances, two paramedic officers, a MERIT trauma doctor and critical care paramedic, the Midlands Air Ambulance critical care car and a BASICS emergency doctor attended the scene."

Critical Injuries and On-Scene Medical Care
