West Midlands Police have issued an urgent appeal for information after a man was discovered with a serious head injury on a major Birmingham road this morning. The incident has prompted a significant police response and an ongoing investigation.
Officers were called to Lawley Middleway at approximately 6.30am today, Tuesday, November 18, following reports of a man lying in the roadway. Emergency services rushed to the scene where they found the man seriously injured.
