Officers have so far been unable to identify the individual as part of their ongoing enquiries. The force has released an image of the man in the hope that the public can help with the investigation.

In a post on social media, West Midlands Police said: "We want to speak to this man after a family were harassed in Birmingham city centre. We've so far been unable to identify him as part of our enquiries into the incident in Upper Dean Street at around 4.40pm on March 28."
The appeal forms part of a wider effort by the force to trace the man, who has not yet been located despite the ongoing investigation.
