West Midlands Police have issued an appeal for information to locate Baillie, who is of no fixed address. In a statement on social media, the force said: "We're looking for Stephen Baillie. Baillie is wanted in connection with a number of thefts and we're asking the public for help finding him."
The appeal continued: "The 47-year-old, of no fixed address, is known to have links across Birmingham and is also wanted for failure to attend court. If you see him or know where he is, call 999 quoting crime number 20/286688/26."
