A man has been taken to hospital with potentially serious injuries after a stabbing in Halesowen. Emergency services were called to Clancey Way in Belle Vale at approximately 5.47am on Friday, July 10.

West Midlands Ambulance Service dispatched one ambulance, a paramedic officer, and a MERIT trauma doctor with a critical care paramedic to the scene. A spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of a stabbing on Clancey Way at 5.47am. On arrival we discovered one patient, a man, who was treated for potentially serious injuries before being taken to hospital."

Scene Sealed Off

The cul-de-sac was reportedly sealed off following the incident. Social media users reported a heavy police presence, with one Facebook user stating there were "police cars everywhere." Another commented: "All main roads open just the cul-de-sac taped off. I really hope the victim is ok."
