The 40-year-old singer chose Christmas Day to reveal her happy secret to the world. She posted a radiant photograph on Instagram, proudly cradling her growing baby bump in front of a beautifully decorated tree.
In the caption accompanying the image, Nicola wrote a heartfelt message. "Mitch and I have had the most magical Christmas Day sharing the most precious news with our families," she said. "We’ve been keeping a secret. We are five months pregnant! We can’t wait to meet our little one in the spring x"
