Families in Dudley and across the Midlands can now enjoy beloved animated classics on the big screen for just £2.49 per ticket, thanks to a new cinema initiative launched this month.

Showcase Cinemas has introduced its Family Favourites programme, offering significantly reduced ticket prices for a curated selection of much-loved family films. The deal provides tickets for just £2.49 each, with the same price applying to both children and adults, making cinema trips more accessible for families on a budget.
Weekend and Holiday Screenings
The special screenings take place every Saturday and Sunday morning at 10am, continuing throughout school holiday periods. This timing makes it perfect for families looking for affordable weekend entertainment or activities during school breaks.

Initial Film Line-up
The programme launches with two popular animated features that have become family favourites since their original releases:
- Frozen - Screening on January 24, 25, 31 and February 1
- Sing - Showing on February 7, 8, 14 and 15
Cinema executives have promised that the selection will expand to include "animated hits, musical favourites and heart-warming adventures" brought back to cinema screens at this special reduced rate.
Midlands Locations
The Family Favourites offer is available at Showcase Cinemas locations nationwide, with several participating venues in the Midlands region including Dudley, Coventry and Leicester. This makes the affordable cinema experience accessible to families across central England.
