Taylor Wimpey Donates £1,000 to School Music Block

Taylor Wimpey South Midlands has contributed £1,000 towards Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School's fundraising campaign for a new, state-of-the-art music block. Located near the housebuilder's Hampden Fields West development, the school aims to raise £200,000 to complete the facility, enabling students to develop their musical abilities further.

Fundraising Progress and Facilities

Students have already raised 80% of the current total of £17,400 through school activities and events. Once the full £200,000 goal is achieved, the music block will include two spacious, purpose-built classrooms, new instruments and workstations, three additional peri-music rooms, and a professional-grade recording studio. These spaces will feature built-in practice rooms for collaborative work during and after lessons.
