Free Mental Health and Guitar Sessions at Southport Fire Station
Free Mental Health and Guitar Sessions at Southport Fire Station

Acting Angels are providing complimentary mental health and wellbeing sessions every Tuesday at 10am at Southport Fire Station. These sessions are open to anyone aged 18 and over and aim to help participants understand the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) on mental health. Supported by the Growing Stronger Team, the program encourages individuals to stop surviving and start loving, build confidence, meet new people, make friends, and return to their old selves.

Free Guitar Sessions

Additionally, Acting Angels are offering free jam guitar sessions every Tuesday at 2pm at the same location. Led by Eleanor Rathbone, these sessions are suitable for all levels and provide a relaxed, friendly environment for people to connect, build confidence, and enjoy music together.
