Central to his mission is a simple desire: to 'put smiles on faces'. He affirmed his great love for the club and stated that this goal remains as strong as ever, despite the current challenges. "It's never going to be all plain sailing in a football season," he admitted, acknowledging the inevitable 'sticky patches' but viewing them as an opportunity for growth.
