Nathan Shi Targets Full Molineux After Wolves Slash Season Ticket Prices
Nathan Shi: Full Molineux Goal After Ticket Price Cuts

Wolves interim chairman Nathan Shi has expressed his desire to see a 'full and vibrant Molineux' next season after the club announced significant reductions in season ticket prices. Following the controversy of substantial price hikes in 2024 under former chairman Jeff Shi, the club has now implemented considerable cuts across the board in the wake of their relegation to the Championship.

Price Reductions and Age Band Restructuring

Adults will benefit from at least a 25 per cent reduction, while some under-18s have saved as much as £200, representing a 53 per cent drop. Shi, who is tasked with leading Wolves' revival this summer, believes these price drops will help restore the atmosphere at Molineux.

Shi commented: 'These changes reflect a clear reset in how we approach ticketing at Wolves, with a focus on accessibility and long-term growth. We want to ensure more supporters, especially young fans and families, can experience Molineux and feel part of the club. A full and vibrant Molineux remains crucial to our goals - one we believe can drive the team to a successful 2026/27 season.'

Among the reductions, Wolves have restructured age bands, extending the previous under-21 and under-17 categories to under-23 and under-18, ensuring younger fans pay less for longer. For under-14s and under-18s, the club has introduced fixed prices of £75 and £175 respectively, regardless of stand. Some under-23 fans in the Billy Wright centre have seen reductions of up to 36 per cent, while those in the Steve Bull stand have experienced a 38 per cent cut.

Changes to Stands and Renewal Process

However, Wolves have decided to scrap season tickets in the temporary and uncovered Graham Hughes stand. Affected fans will be contacted directly to discuss renewal options.

A club statement on season tickets added: 'Supporters who paid via direct debit for the 2025/26 campaign will have their season tickets automatically renewed using the same details, with payments commencing on June 29, 2026. Supporters who do not wish to renew must email [suppressed] before 5pm on Friday May 29 with their supporter number and seat details.'

During the 2026/27 season, the option to use a smartphone for stadium entry will be introduced in a phased manner. Smartcards from the 2025/26 season will be reactivated, and supporters are advised to retain their existing smartcard. All existing season ticket holders will receive an email on Wednesday April 29 with full instructions on how to renew.

With reduced pricing, revised age bands, and a continued focus on supporter engagement, the 2026/27 season ticket offering represents a reset in approach, aimed at strengthening the connection between the club and its supporters for the long term.
