Strictly Finalist Amber Davies Shares Emotional Tribute Hours Before Showdown
Amber Davies' heartfelt confession before Strictly final

With just one day to go until the grand final, Strictly Come Dancing star Amber Davies has posted a moving and heartfelt message to her fellow finalists. The West End performer, who rose to fame on Love Island, shared her feelings on social media mere hours before the three couples take to the floor for the last time.

A Touching Tribute to Fellow Finalists

In a sweet black-and-white video posted to her Instagram, Amber is seen smiling and laughing with her fellow finalists, content creator George Clarke and sporting legend Karen Carney. Their professional partners, Nikita Kuzmin, Alexis Warr, and Carlos, also featured in the playful clip.

"Thank you universe for letting us experience Strictly final 2025 together," Amber wrote as the video's caption. In a longer accompanying message, she expressed her disbelief at sharing the experience with such supportive people. "I can’t believe in this once in a lifetime experience I get to be in the final next to the kindest most supportive humans of all," she stated.

She went on to call them a "true team" and confirmed she was rooting for both Carney and Clarke, declaring it had been a "blooming HONOUR." The post was quickly flooded with comments from fans and well-wishers sending their luck for the final performance.

The Bookies' Favourite Emerges

As the dancers prepare, the latest odds from Grosvenor Sport reveal a clear frontrunner. Former footballer Karen Carney has surged to become the favourite to win the 2025 series, with odds now standing at just 1/3.

"Karen Carney has surged to the head of the market and is now the clear favourite," said Simon Kew, spokesperson for Grosvenor Sport. He highlighted her remarkable journey from a 10/1 outsider in week one to the "standout contender."

George Clarke, who led the market last week, is now in second place with odds of 15/8. Amber Davies finds herself as the outsider for the glitterball, with her odds lengthening to 50/1 following her appearance in last week's dance-off.

The Final Curtain Call

The Strictly Come Dancing final will be broadcast live on BBC One at 7pm on Saturday, 20th December 2025. The episode marks a significant moment in the show's history, as it will be the last time longtime hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman present the beloved programme.

Viewers will see the three remaining couples perform their final dances in a bid to impress the judges and the voting public one last time, culminating in the lifting of the coveted glitterball trophy.
