I'm A Celeb's Angry Ginge Reveals Aitch's 'Really Bad' Jungle Medical Emergency
Angry Ginge reveals Aitch's unaired jungle medical scare

Fresh from his triumphant win, I'm A Celebrity's King of the Jungle, Angry Ginge, has lifted the lid on a serious health scare involving fellow campmate Aitch that was never broadcast to viewers.

The Livestream Revelation

The revelation came during Ginge's first post-jungle livestream on 23 December 2025, which was watched by a staggering 62,000 viewers. Joined by surprise guest and campmate Lisa Riley, the social media star, still dressed in his jungle gear, shared behind-the-scenes secrets from the ITV show.

It was here that he detailed the "really bad" unaired medical emergency that affected the rapper Aitch. Ginge explained that a combination of "lack of salts, lack of sugar, lack of food and lack of water" led to widespread lightheadedness among the celebrities, including Jack Osbourne and Martin Kemp.

Aitch's 'Jelly Legs' Scare

While Ginge admitted the "amount of times I nearly collapsed was uncountable," he highlighted one particularly severe episode involving Aitch. "There was one day it kept happening to Aitch," Ginge disclosed. "His legs felt like jelly. Really bad."

Lisa Riley corroborated the story, adding that "His hydration plummets." Although the incident was not shown on television, it is understood that the camp's medical team would have intervened, likely providing Aitch with a hydration packet to boost his nutrient levels—a common remedy mentioned by the pair for struggling contestants.

More Livestream Confessions

The candid livestream didn't stop at medical revelations. Ginge also confessed to having admired fellow contestant Vogue Williams, whom he described as "unbelievable" and "beautiful." After Lisa teased, "I think you fancied Vogue a little bit… am I wrong?" Ginge replied, "I wouldn’t say I fancied her but I thought she was beautiful yeah."

He further admitted to being "partial to an Irish accent," but swiftly shut down any suggestion of romance, noting Williams was married.

The disclosures from the record-breaking stream offer fans a raw, unfiltered look at the harsh physical realities of jungle life, beyond the edited highlights seen on their screens.
