This investment is aimed at reducing existing debt and supporting the construction of Bath Rugby's new stadium. The financial move comes at a critical time, as the club's most recent accounts reveal a 12.9 per cent increase in losses for the financial year ending 30 June 2024, rising from £3.26 million to £3.68 million.
Additionally, owner Bruce Craig increased his loan to the club by £5.9 million, bringing the total balance to £30.1 million.
