In a move designed to maximise community benefit, the club is now offering special community memberships priced at just £10 for the entire year. The disappearance of the library, youth club, community centre, pub and playing fields created a significant gap in community provision that the club has now successfully filled, establishing itself as a thriving nucleus benefiting people, businesses and charities across the region.

The club's community-facing work encompasses an impressive range of initiatives including dedicated kids' clubs, adult wellbeing programmes, fundraising events, a community garden and the Prenton Dell Claypit nature trail created in partnership with National Grid and wildlife conservation groups. Major funders contributing to the project included The National Lottery, Bernard Sunley Foundation, Key Fund, Garfield Weston and The Johnson Foundation, with the Community Ownership Fund providing an incredible £850,000 investment.
