Three New Padel Clubs Set to Launch in Birmingham, Dudley, and Stirchley

Padel enthusiasts across the Midlands are set to gain access to three new premier venues, as Ballers Padel & Social Wellness Club announces ambitious expansion plans. The clubs will open in Birmingham city centre, Dudley, and Stirchley, offering a total of nine padel courts to meet soaring demand for the sport in the UK.

Flagship Location in Birmingham City Centre

The flagship club will be situated on Brewery Street in Birmingham, featuring three state-of-the-art padel courts. Beyond the courts, this venue will include a comprehensive recovery and social wellness lounge. Amenities will encompass a sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy, Pilates studio, oxygen chamber, and IV drip services.

Additionally, the Birmingham site will boast a functional Hyrox-style gym, a health-focused café, and co-working spaces, positioning it as a multifunctional hub for fitness and community engagement.

Expansion to Stirchley and Dudley

In Stirchley, the club will be located at the Lakeside Business Centre, providing two padel courts for local players. Meanwhile, the Dudley venue at Waterfront Business Park in Brierley Hill will offer four padel courts, catering to the growing interest in the area.

Planning applications for all three sites have been submitted, with Ballers targeting a summer 2026 opening. This timeline aligns with the increasing popularity of padel, which has seen court time become highly sought after nationwide.

Community-Focused Initiatives and Programs

Ballers plans to introduce a range of community-oriented programs to make padel accessible to all. These will include free beginner socials for newcomers, women-only sessions, youth coaching, holiday camps, and charity tournaments.

Adrian Cole, founder and chief executive of Ballers Padel and Social Wellness Club, emphasized the club's commitment to Birmingham's vibrant community. He stated, "Birmingham is a city with incredible energy and a community that is ready for something genuinely different. Ballers is not just a padel club, it’s a social wellness platform built into the fabric of the city."

Cole added, "We are here for the people who live here, work here and want to feel like they belong somewhere. That’s what we’re building."

Transparent Development Process

Adrian Cole has been documenting the creation of Ballers on platforms like YouTube and Instagram, aiming to showcase the 'unglamorous reality' of building a brand, securing sites, and navigating bureaucratic processes.

He remarked, "I’m not interested in pretending this is easy. Building something real, in a real city, with real people - that’s messy and hard and brilliant all at once. I’m sharing every part of it because this isn’t just my story. It belongs to Birmingham."

This approach highlights the club's dedication to authenticity and community involvement, setting it apart as a unique addition to the local sports and wellness scene.
