Fans of the hit reality show have been left stunned as Love Island All Stars 2026 contestant Charlie Frederick appears almost unrecognisable from his first stint in the villa eight years ago.
A Dramatic Villa Return
The model from Plymouth first entered the Love Island villa in 2018 during the show's fourth series. His initial time on the programme was brief; he coupled up with Hayley Hughes after entering on day 8, but the pair were dumped from the island on day 13 after receiving the fewest public votes.
Now, the former islander is preparing for a romantic second chance on the upcoming All Stars edition. Ahead of his return, Charlie has undergone a significant physical transformation that has left viewers doing a double-take.

Viewers will recall Charlie as a fresh-faced, blonde-haired and blue-eyed man in his twenties. The 2026 version sports a buzz-cut hairstyle, stubble, a heavily tattooed and ripped physique, honed through his work as a personal trainer.
