Abandoned Puppies Die After Towpath Dumping
Two of three tiny Dachshund puppies have died after being abandoned in a taped-up cardboard box on a rain-soaked towpath near Wolverhampton. The surviving pup, Comet, fights on as a charity appeals for information.
