The partnership has already enabled Guesthoo to scale its management of over 200 properties while consistently achieving guest satisfaction scores above 4.9. Previously cautious about adopting AI, Guesthoo faced challenges in balancing automation with quality service. Since implementing Aeve AI, over 80% of Guesthoo's guest messaging is now automated. The AI tool, affectionately called "Eve" by the team, integrates directly with Guesthoo's management system and follows strict operational rules for handling queries and escalations.
