Octopus Energy has announced the return of its flagship Energy Tech Summit, promising it will be "bigger than ever." The event, which serves Birmingham households, will bring together 4,000 leaders, innovators, and Octopus customers at Evolution London in Battersea Park on Monday, 22 June 2026. The summit aims to kick off London Climate Action Week.
Star-Studded Speaker Line-Up
This year’s speaker line-up includes Jimmy Wales, co-founder of Wikipedia; Tim Peake, the first British astronaut to travel to the International Space Station; and Professor Hannah Fry, mathematician, author, and broadcaster. Also speaking are William Kamkwamba, inventor and author of The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, and General Sir Richard Shirreff KCB CBE, former Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe (NATO).
Host and Additional Speakers
The summit will be hosted by broadcaster Steph McGovern, the Channel 4 TV host, with additional speakers to be announced in the coming weeks.
