OVO's Beyond team has been named Digital Team of the Year at the Digital Technology Leaders Awards, recognizing their rapid execution and customer-centric innovation that now benefits over 750,000 customers.

The award celebrates OVO's fully cross-functional team spanning product, engineering, data, design, and commercial functions. This structure combines startup agility with enterprise scale, allowing the team to focus entirely on delivering tangible value for OVO customers through the Beyond loyalty programme.
The team has compressed typical enterprise timelines, delivering complex market-leading propositions from concept to live in as little as five weeks. In just over 24 months, this rapid execution has scaled Beyond from a standing start to over 750,000 customers.

OVO Beyond members can claim two hours of free electricity every week until Sunday 2 August, alongside exclusive discounts of up to 40% with partner brands. To date, OVO Beyond customers have banked a total of 35.5 million electric vehicle (EV) miles and 156,000 solar panels, and unlocked 1.5 million hours of free electricity and approximately 157 million hours of free heat pump heating.
