Surrey Chambers of Commerce is hosting a series of events designed to support local businesses, from influencing government policy to addressing workplace challenges and building professional networks.

Quarterly Economic Survey

The Quarterly Economic Survey is one of the UK's largest and most respected business surveys, offering critical insights into the opportunities and challenges facing organisations in Surrey and beyond. By participating, you can directly influence government policy decisions. Your input ensures that the voice of Surrey businesses is heard and represented when decisions affecting the local economy are made. The survey takes only a few minutes to complete, but the collective results drive meaningful change and support for businesses across the region. Fill it out here.

Real Talk: Menopause and Women's Career

Join us on Thursday, May 21, from 11am to 2pm, for an inspiring and empowering lunchtime event as Surrey Chambers of Commerce and the Business Women in Surrey (BWiS) network bring an important conversation to the forefront. Despite being a natural stage of life experienced by all women, menopause remains one of the least discussed challenges in professional environments. This event aims to change that. Taking place at the beautiful Seasons Cafe at Guildford Cathedral, this relaxed mid-morning to early afternoon event combines a two-course networking lunch with meaningful discussion and connection. We are delighted to welcome guest speaker Dr Alex Standring, a menopause specialist on the British Menopause Society register. With more than 25 years of experience as a GP in the Guildford area and a strong focus on women's health, Dr Standring brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to this important topic.
