DJH Acquires Gooding Accounts in Strategic South West Move
Stoke-on-Trent-headquartered accountancy group DJH has completed its first acquisition in the West Country, snapping up Wiltshire-based Gooding Accounts for an undisclosed sum. The deal marks a significant step in DJH's national expansion strategy, which already includes offices in Manchester, Leeds, and London.
Ideal Fit for Expansion Plans
DJH described the Trowbridge practice as an ideal fit for its growth ambitions. Gooding Accounts, founded in 2014 by Sam Gooding, has developed a technology-led approach to accountancy and moved to a new office on White Horse Business Park in July 2025. The firm's owners, Sam and Katy Gooding, will continue to lead the South West business following the acquisition.
