Gordon Ramsay's restaurant group is expanding its footprint with the launch of a new Bread Street Kitchen & Bar in Bath this year. The celebrity chef's latest venture will open at the DoubleTree by Hilton on Walcot Street in August 2026.
Signature Dishes and Bar Offerings
The Bath restaurant will serve Ramsay's signature dishes, including his renowned beef wellington, fish and chips, and a Sunday roast, available for both lunch and dinner. The bar will offer a range of snacks and cocktails, such as the 'hot honey margarita' and 'spicy mango colada'.
Design and Interiors
The restaurant's interiors were designed by Stafford-based design company Aspinall Creative Studios, featuring leather seating, bespoke artwork, and atmospheric lighting to create a vibrant dining experience.

Brand Expansion
Ramsay's restaurant group noted that the Bath opening marks "another milestone" in the brand's evolution. The chain, established by Ramsay near St Paul's Cathedral in London 15 years ago, now has branches across the UK and overseas, including in Singapore, Dubai, and Bangkok. In February 2026, the group opened a Bread Street Kitchen & Bar at Bishopsgate in London, which was Ramsay's 100th restaurant.
