I'm A Celeb 2025: Jungle Location Revealed

As the latest batch of celebrities, including Martin Kemp and Shona McGarty, settle into their new jungle home for I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! 2025, fans are curious about the show's stunning backdrop. The iconic challenges and campsite scenes all unfold in a specific, secret corner of the Australian wilderness.

From Queensland to New South Wales: A Location History

The very first season of the hit ITV show was filmed near Queensland at a site known as King Ranch (Tully River Station) in Cardstone. The original studio was built on the banks of Kooroomool Creek.

However, in 2003, for the show's second season, the entire production was relocated. The camp has remained in the wilds of New South Wales ever since, firmly establishing its new home on the east coast of Australia.

Pinpointing the Modern Jungle Camp

Zooming in on the map reveals the camp's precise location. It sits within the breathtaking Springbrook National Park in an area called Dungay Creek.

The exact address for the TV camp is 366 & 486 Dungay Creek Road, on the edge of a sub-tropical rainforest. This spot, which is about an hour's drive from Brisbane, was once a banana plantation near the town of Murwillumbah. Today, Dungay Creek remains a working creek, though its primary function is as a filming location for the world-famous reality series.

Camp Upgrades for the 2025 Stars

While the location is rugged, the camp itself has seen some welcome improvements. In recent years, a new structure was added to provide some comfort for the contestants.

Executive producer Olly Nash previously revealed the addition of the 'Leaders Lodge', which offers sheltered beds, plush pillows, and warm duvets (or 'doonas' as they are known in Australia) to keep the stars snug. This upgrade is sure to be a relief for the 2025 cast as they face spiders, bugs, and Kangaroo tail dinners.

The mysterious jungle of I'm A Celebrity is no longer such a mystery, with its home firmly rooted in the lush, protected rainforest of Dungay Creek, New South Wales.
