Leon has issued an administration update after shutting down 23 locations, with the business now officially exiting administration following a company voluntary agreement (CVA) initiated towards the end of 2026.
The CVA, confirmed in December 2025, aimed to reduce the number of loss-making restaurants. Since then, £2.5 million has been invested in the company's restructure after its re-acquisition by co-founder John Vincent.
Leon now operates 42 sites and 23 franchises following its exit from administration.
