The high-stakes world of luxury real estate and interpersonal drama returns to our screens as Selling the OC season 4 launches on Netflix today. Viewers can now binge the latest batch of episodes, which promise more opulent properties and office tensions than ever before.
Meet the New Agents
The Oppenheim Group's Orange County office has welcomed three new agents, bringing fresh energy and ambition to the established cast. The newcomers are set to make their mark in the competitive market.
Fiona Belle, a native of Orange County, joined The O Group in 2024. Despite being only 23 years old, she has already proven her capability by closing million-dollar deals within her first six months. She aims to demonstrate that age is no barrier to success in real estate.
Kaylee Ricciardi brings thirteen years of experience in the luxury market, beginning with managing short-term rentals during the Coachella festival. Her career evolved into event-based rentals and production work for high-end clients before joining The Oppenheim Group.
Ashtyn Zerboni combines her passion for high fashion, photography, and the arts with her real estate career. Operating in both La Jolla and Orange County, she leverages her extensive social network to create exclusive opportunities for her clients.
Returning Favourites and Season Highlights
Familiar faces return to navigate both business and personal relationships. The returning cast includes Jason Oppenheim, Alex Hall, Polly Brindle, Tyler Stanaland, Gio Helou, Austin Victoria, and Brandi Marshall.
Jason Oppenheim has boldly claimed that this season represents the best drama and real estate the series has ever showcased. Alex Hall emphasised the importance of professional solidarity, noting that while conflicts arise, the agents ultimately need to support each other's business endeavours.
The Selling Sunset Connection
Selling the OC continues the successful franchise that began with Selling Sunset in March 2019. While the original series focused on the Oppenheim Group's West Hollywood and San Diego offices, this spin-off follows agents at the Orange County branch.
The franchise has expanded to include other property-focused reality shows like Selling Tampa and Selling the City. This fourth season of Selling the OC arrives more than a year after season three debuted in May 2024, with the complete season available for streaming from November 12.
