One winner will be selected at random after the closing date and contacted via email within seven days to arrange their prize. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their voucher, or another winner will be chosen.

The £200 gift voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue and can only be redeemed at Asha's Contemporary Indian Bar & Restaurant located at 12-22 Newhall St, Birmingham B3 3AS. It cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotions. The restaurant will not provide cash for any underspend on the voucher amount.
Gift vouchers should be treated as cash, and the restaurant accepts no liability for lost or stolen vouchers. Entry is limited to one per person, with multiple, automated, bulk, or third-party entries being disqualified. Employees of the promoter and their families are not eligible to enter.
