A major new player has entered the UK's premium cookware market, as the renowned Swiss brand Kuhn Rikon opened the doors to its very first British store today, Friday, November 14. The launch positions the manufacturer as a direct rival to established favourites like Le Creuset, offering Brits a new destination for high-quality kitchen essentials.
A New Home in a Premier Outlet
The inaugural standalone store is located within the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Swindon. This strategic move allows UK customers to experience the brand's full product range in person for the first time. Shoppers can now browse and purchase Kuhn Rikon's famous pressure cookers, knives, frying pans, and stainless steel saucepans directly from the source.
The brand has built its reputation on creating cookware that supports modern, healthy cooking. Its appeal largely stems from a product line that includes uncoated items as well as those with non-stick and ceramic linings, catering to a variety of culinary preferences.

Just last month, the popular American fashion retailer Anthropologie announced plans to open three new stores. Its Liverpool branch launched on November 5, followed by Glasgow on November 12, with a Manchester store scheduled to open on November 26.
