Giorgio, an Italian national now residing in Moseley, filmed the distressing moment when he noticed movement within what appeared to be securely packaged bedding. The footage clearly shows the small rodent desperately attempting to escape from the transparent plastic casing of a £12 memory foam pillow, its frantic movements visible through the wrapping.

"I was completely stunned when I first saw the mouse moving inside what should have been sealed packaging," Giorgio revealed. "I immediately alerted store staff, who appeared just as shocked by the discovery as I was."

Further investigation revealed this was not an isolated incident. A second video clip shows the same rodent freely roaming the store premises before leaping into a nearby basket filled with additional pillows.
