Under the new initiative, M&S will run prize draws with a range of enticing rewards. Members can compete for one million Virgin Points, tickets to F1 Grand Prix events, school uniform giveaways, and £500 food vouchers. All Sparks participants are eligible to enter by simply logging into the app and navigating to the relevant section.
The updated Sparks programme is designed to reward customers based on their actual shopping habits, offering personalised deals and direct rewards into their Sparks wallets. This move aims to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through tailored experiences.

He added that a stronger Sparks scheme is a key step forward in the company's investment for growth, powered by enhanced data and AI capabilities to deliver an improved M&S experience.

Sharry Cramond, Marketing Director for Fashion, Home, Beauty, and Loyalty, highlighted the ongoing improvements, noting that the new Sparks programme is already being made more rewarding. "From Monday, we're introducing brand new prize draws every Sparks customer can enter, starting with the chance to win an amazing holiday or experience with Virgin," she said.
Cramond assured that this is just the beginning, with more incredible prizes to be offered monthly.
