A revolutionary new retail experience has arrived at Birmingham's Bullring shopping centre, offering music fans unprecedented access to exclusive merchandise from their favourite artists.
What is Artist Vault?
Artist Vault represents a completely new concept for Birmingham shoppers, operating as a temporary pop-up shop on the upper floor of the Bullring, situated on the Selfridges side. The shop occupies the same space that previously hosted the popular Oasis pop-up during summer 2025, which celebrated the Gallagher brothers.
This innovative retail space specialises in selling limited edition, artist-approved items from an impressive roster of global music icons. Fans can discover exclusive signed merchandise and collectibles celebrating Kylie Minogue, George Michael, Bring Me The Horizon, Brockhampton, Tash Sultana, Don Broco, Jake Bugg, Declan McKenna, McFly and Royal Blood.
Limited Christmas Shopping Opportunity
The 'FanBox' concept shop will operate as a temporary installation from its recent opening until December 21, 2025, providing Christmas shoppers with a unique gifting opportunity. Visitors can purchase limited edition apparel, prints and other exclusive items not available through conventional retail channels.
Artist Vault is the creation of fan-experience company Teliporter, which aims to bridge the gap between music artists and their dedicated followers. A company representative explained their mission: "At Teliporter, our goal is to bring fans closer to the artists and brands they love. Artist Vault demonstrates how our FanBox platform can merge digital fandom with physical retail, creating meaningful experiences and new commercial opportunities."
Transforming Birmingham's Retail Landscape
Danielle Bozward, Bullring's marketing manager, expressed excitement about the partnership: "We're thrilled to partner with Teliporter to launch Artist Vault and bring global music culture into the heart of Bullring in a way Birmingham hasn't experienced before. Teliporter's innovative approach to fan engagement has helped us create an elevated, collectible-led experience filled with discovery, exclusivity, and festive energy."
She added that fans will be able to access signed merchandise, discover new artists and enjoy a creative concept that feels genuinely fresh for the city. The shop represents part of Bullring's ongoing commitment to offering unique retail experiences, joining other new arrivals for Christmas 2025 including Space NK, ProCook and Yankee Candle.
The Teliporter representative emphasised the significance of this venture: "We're proud to be partnering with Bullring to deliver this first-of-its-kind pop-up and offer Birmingham fans unprecedented access to exclusive artist merchandise." This collaboration marks an important step in merging digital fan communities with physical retail spaces, potentially setting a new standard for how shopping centres engage with cultural trends.
