Quiz Closes Final 37 Stores Across UK by July

Fashion retailer Quiz is set to close its remaining 37 stores across the United Kingdom by the end of July, marking the complete disappearance of the brand from the high street. The company entered administration for the second time in less than 12 months on February 5, and administrators are now overseeing the closure programme.

Administrators Take Control

Alistair McAlinden and Geoff Jacobs of Interpath Advisory have been appointed as administrators and are managing the store closure process. The Basingstoke branch at Festival Place is scheduled to close today, July 14, with four more stores expected to shut this weekend.

Closure Schedule

Several stores have already closed or are scheduled for closure in the coming days. The Carlisle and Eastbourne stores are expected to close at midday on June 14. The Watford store will follow on June 16, with Clydebank closing on June 17 and Irvine on June 19. Portsmouth is set to close on June 20, followed by Castleford around the same time.
