West Midlands Police have issued an appeal for information to locate a 34-year-old man who is wanted on recall to prison. Officers are asking the public for help in tracing Michael Rowley, who has known links to Dudley, Oldbury and Sandwell.
In a statement released to the public, a West Midlands Police spokesman confirmed that Rowley is wanted on recall to prison. The spokesman urged anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts not to approach him but to contact emergency services immediately.
Police Urge Public Not to Approach
The force's appeal stresses the importance of not approaching Rowley if spotted. The spokesman said: "We're appealing for help in finding this man. Michael Rowley, who is 34 years-old, is wanted on recall to prison. He has links to Dudley, Oldbury and Sandwell."
Anyone with information is asked to call 999 immediately, quoting investigation number 20/20209/26. The police have also highlighted that details can be passed on anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers.
