How to Claim Your Free Pass
To obtain a pass, users must download the InYourArea app or claim through the app if already installed. A confirmation email will provide instructions for adding the digital pass to a device wallet. Each pass admits up to two adults and three children, or one adult and four children, for a single visit to participating National Trust venues. Alternatively, it can be used for a solo visit. The pass remains valid until Friday, August 28, 2026.
Since 2022, InYourArea has given away more than 680,000 passes, helping families create memories for free. The offer is valid for National Trust sites in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland; National Trust for Scotland is a separate organisation, but Scottish residents can use passes by crossing the border.
