Mold's Easter Fun Day Returns to Bailey Hill with Free Family Entertainment

Mold Town Council has officially confirmed that the highly anticipated annual Easter Fun Day is set to return to Bailey Hill this year. Since its inception four years ago, this event has grown into a beloved tradition for local families, and this year's edition promises to deliver even more free entertainment right at the top of the High Street.

Event Details and Schedule

The Easter Fun Day will take place on Saturday, April 4, from 12 noon until 2.30pm. Entry is completely free, making it an accessible and enjoyable outing for all. Families are encouraged to bring their children to the park for a delightful afternoon in the heart of Mold.

Entertainment and Activities

The popular park, which has hosted the Easter fun day for the past four years, will feature a range of engaging activities. DJ Cookie will be providing his services free of charge, playing games and organising dance competitions with the children. Character visits from Stitch, the Easter Chick, and bunny will add to the festive atmosphere, as they help Peter Rabbit deliver chocolate eggs.

Children can also participate in free Easter crafts, as pictured above, and join a free Easter trail around Bailey Hill, with chocolate and other prizes up for grabs. Additionally, a 'mega' tombola will be available, chargeable at just £1 for three goes, with all proceeds helping to fund the event.

Practical Information

Attendees are welcome to bring their own blankets or chairs for comfort. Refreshments will be available from the Bailey Hill Centre. Dogs are also permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times during the event. Any changes to the schedule will be posted on the Bailey Hill and Mold Town Centre Facebook pages in the morning.
