Free Half-Term Family Fun at The Square Camberley
This February half-term, The Square Camberley is rolling out a full week of complimentary activities, creative workshops, and feel-good experiences aimed at entertaining children and crafting unforgettable moments during the school break. The programme features hands-on crafts, interactive sessions, sweet treats, and exciting competitions for families to discover as they explore the centre, with every activity provided free of charge by The Square Camberley for the community.
Bluey Meet and Greet Event
The highlight of the week occurs on Friday, February 20, when families can meet Bluey at a free Meet and Greet hosted at Hullabaloo House on Obelisk Way, near Boots. The event will run from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with walk-in slots available throughout the day. To ensure inclusivity, a dedicated SEN (Special Educational Needs) session will be held from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, offering a tailored experience for all attendees.
Week-Long Activities and Treasure Hunt
Half-term festivities kick off on Saturday, February 14, with the launch of the World Book Day Treasure Hunt, a collaboration with Collectively Camberley BID and The Atrium. Featuring 36 participating stores, families can hunt for stickers displayed in shop windows, with the trail continuing until March 15. Additional activities in Cambridge Square throughout the week include:
- Monday, February 16: GKR Karate hosting mini sessions.
- Tuesday, February 17: The Creation Station delivering Bluey-themed iced biscuit decorating.
- Wednesday, February 18: Bluey hand puppet workshops.
- Thursday, February 19: Artful Kids hosting a positivity-themed craft workshop.
The week concludes with the much-anticipated Bluey Meet and Greet on Friday.
