Fans of the cult classic comedy Peep Show are about to receive the ultimate Christmas present. For the first time in a decade, the main cast members are reuniting for a very special festive edition of The Great British Bake Off.
A Festive Cast Reunion
The stars, who haven't appeared together since the show concluded in 2015, will be stepping into the famous Bake Off tent. The line-up includes Olivia Colman, who played Sophie, and David Mitchell as Mark. They will be joined by Isy Suttie (Dobby), Matt King (Super Hans), and Sophie Winkleman (Big Suze).
Baking with a Peep Show Twist
The cast will face a series of baking challenges inspired by the show's iconic humour and memorable moments. Judging their culinary efforts will be the formidable duo, Paul Hollywood and Dame Prue Leith. Presenters Noel Fielding and Alison Hammond will also feature in the special episode. While the broadcast date is yet to be confirmed, it promises to be a highlight of the Christmas schedule.
This reunion news comes shortly after the main series of Bake Off crowned its latest winner, Jasmine Mitchell. Paul Hollywood praised her as a 'worthy winner' and 'the best one we have seen for quite a while.'
