Former glamour model Katie Price has announced she is putting her popular weekly podcast on hold, stating that with the current level of media attention surrounding her personal life, releasing new episodes "doesn't feel right" at this time.
Podcast Temporarily Suspended
The Katie Price Show, which the television personality hosts alongside her sister Sophie, typically releases new episodes every Thursday. The podcast launched in 2023 and has become a regular fixture for fans, featuring discussions about Katie's life and current events.
However, in a statement shared on her Instagram account, Katie revealed: "We're pressing pause on The Katie Price Show podcast for now. With so much current media attention it doesn't feel right to release an episode at this time. The podcast has always observed the headlines, not added to them."
Wedding Sparks Media Frenzy
The decision comes following Katie's surprise marriage to Dubai businessman Lee Andrews last month, which reportedly stunned both fans and members of her own family. The intimate ceremony took place in Dubai with just the couple in attendance, and it's understood that Katie's family were not informed about the wedding plans beforehand.
The relationship emerged shortly after reports surfaced about Katie's split from her ex JJ Slater. Since the wedding, one of Lee Andrews' former partners issued a stark warning to Katie on social media platforms.
Future Plans Unclear
Katie has not provided any indication about when the podcast might resume its regular schedule. The show was also pulled last week, marking two consecutive weeks without new content for listeners.
Since returning to the UK after the Dubai ceremony, Katie has been openly affectionate about her new husband on social media. In one Instagram story, she gushed: "I promise, if you saw the way he treats me in private, you'd understand why I'm madly addicted to him."

While Lee Andrews initially planned to travel to the United Kingdom to be with Katie, he has since revealed in a video message that he is waiting for her to join him in Dubai instead. In the footage, he expressed: "I'm waiting for Katie to come out here, love you so much Katie," while blowing a kiss toward the camera.
Family Expansion Discussions
The couple appear to already be discussing the possibility of expanding their family. Katie has made no secret of her desire to welcome another baby, and Lee recently hinted at this potential future development through his social media activity.
He shared a black and white artistic depiction of a pregnant woman looking down at her bump, which featured a crescent moon design on the stomach area. The image was accompanied by Connie Francis's song "Baby" playing in the background, further fueling speculation about their family planning discussions.
