ITV2 has introduced two new bombshells, Elicia and Ethan, into the Love Island villa, and their arrival has already stirred up drama among the couples. The pair entered during a breakfast date, choosing to get to know Finley, Lorenzo, Tommy, Jasmine, Martha, and Priya on a personal level.
Finley and Lorenzo Cause Shock
While viewers anticipated certain islanders would be most affected, it was Finley and Lorenzo who proved the most open to the newcomers. Finley admitted he wanted to pursue a connection with Elicia, leading to a confrontation with his partner Ellie. She responded: "You're going back on your word… don't say something and go back on it, stand on what you're saying."
Meanwhile, Julia was stunned to learn that her partner Lorenzo had been the most engaged during the breakfast date. Pulling him aside, she asked: "Is that respectful? Flirting behind my back."
Ethan's Focus on Priya
For Ethan, Priya quickly became his main priority. He told the other boys: "Out right, Priya was the best… there was something going on."
Julia Attempts to Make Amends
Elsewhere, Julia tried to smooth things over with the girls, but Lola opted out of the conversation. Addressing the group around the fire pit, Julia said: "I was just answering the questions as genuinely as I could… It didn't come from a malicious place. I understand how I articulate my feelings and I apologise if I've hurt anyone's feelings, as it was not my intention."
Yasmin, keen to move past the drama, commented: "It's making me sad you felt the need to have this conversation."
